Cucumber & and Avocado Salad with FM Aged White Balsamic
Cucumber & Avocado Goodness with Aged White Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, Italy.
- 2 cucumber
- 2 avocado
- 2 mint leaves
- 1 lemon
- 1 clove of garlic
- 3 tablespoons Fondo Montebello Aged White Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
Step 1: Peel and chop cucumbers into small cubed pieces. Cut Avocado into small cubed pieces. Chop mint into small pieces and chop clove of garlic.
Step 2: In a medium bowl add cucumber, avocado, mint and garlic.
Step 3: Squeeze whole lemon, Aged White Balsamic and salt into the mix.
Step 4: Mix well. Serve.
