Mie Radici Sicilian Riced Cauliflower & Mushrooms
Easy Riced cauliflower with mushroom, herbs and cheese
- 1 bag of riced cauliflower
- 2 cups mushroom
- 2 tablespoon Mie Radici Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoon Mie Radici Sicilian Spice Blend seasoning
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs or crumbled crouton
- 1/2 parmesan or pecorino cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
Step 1: In a frying pan on medium-high heat combine riced cauliflower, mushrooms, Mie Radici Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Mie Radici Sicilian Spice Blend and salt. Cook until the ingredients are soft.
Step 2: Add breadcrumbs or crumbled croutons to pan.
Step 3: Drizzle some olive oil on top of mixture to coat breadcrumbs/croutons. Turn heat to low.
Step 4: Add cheese to pan and mix in. Once cheese has melted this dish is finished.
