Ingredients
- 1 Table Spoon Mie Radici Olive Oil + Sea Salt to Taste
- 1-2 Tablespoons Mie Radici Sicilian Spice
- 1-2 Tablespoons Mie Radici Sicilian Spice
- 1 cup + Baby Portabella Mushrooms cut up
- A bag of riced cauliflower
- ¼ – 1/3 Cup Grated Pecorino Romano or Parnassian Cheese
Cooking Method

High heat; Fry in olive oil and add spice (few tablespoons) & a little salt

Optional: When soft and a little browned off add plain croutons (about a quarter of the total amount of the cauliflower and mushroom )

Drizzle some oil on the croutons and a sprinkle more of spice

Turn down the heat; Mix and fry until croutons absorb more oil and are not dry.

Add graded cheese (Parnassian or Pecorino Romano to taste. I would prefer a ¼ to 1/3 cup at least
