Cream Cheese, Bacon and Balsamic Appetizer
Bacon, Cream Cheese and Balsamic – What’s not to love?
- 1 block of cream cheese
- 1/2 pound of bacon
- 2 tablespoons of Fondo Montebello FM02 Aged Balsamic Vinegar
Step 1: cut 1/2 pound of bacon into small pieces and cook in a frying pan or in oven.
Step 2: place whole block of cream cheese on plate
Step 3: once bacon is finished cooking – blot with a paper towel to absorb excess grease.
Step 4: cover block of cream cheese with bacon pieces
Step 5: drizzle Fondo Montebello FM02 Aged Balsamic Vinegar over bacon and cream cheese
Step 6: using a knife, spread cream cheese, bacon and balsamic onto crackers
This appetizer is also excellent served over crostini!
