FM03 Barrel Aged Organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena has a Dark brown color with a medium-thick density of syrup. It has a very rich and balanced flavor and also it differs from other vinegar in our range because it is a Certified Organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. Meaning that it is produced respecting the environment and with grapes from organic farming. This balsamic pulls notes of grape, fig, honey, and finishes with a bit of molasses. Pairs excellently with fish, chicken, meats, vegetables and berries. Average Aged of 13 years with a1.35 Density
