It has a very rich and balanced flavor and also it differs from other vinegar in our range because it is an Organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. Meaniung that it is produced respecting the environment and with grapes from organic farming. 1.18 Density

Organic and Exceptional Quality and Taste. The Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP can be produced only in the provinces of Modena, obtained exclusively from the grape varieties of Lambrusco, Sangiovese, Trebbiano, Albana, Ancellotta, Fortana and Montuni. The Fermentation begins immediately in large vats and continues into oak barrels. The Balsamic Vinagar of Modena is all natural with no added color, no preservatives and are only made with genuine local grapes….1000 year old Recipe…Aged in Oak, Cherry and Juniper Barrels for exceptional flavor.
Its use is diverse and it can be used to complete pasta dishes, enrich the flavor of meat and enhance the taste of the simple salads.
